At Hogwarts, possibly her own rooms. Only place where others are guaranteed not to be. Otherwise, she might go and be a stranger in a crowd. Perhaps visit an art gallery or museum, or go and watch a play, opera or ballet alone. Or walk along the Seine.
If your character’s lover offered to take them out on a dream date, what would they want to do?
It would be a whistlestop adventure! Up before breakfast to somewhere new in a different culture. Navigating new tastes, places, language. Johann’s dream date would be to share adventure with Balfour, to see something new for both of them. To share firsts. Perhaps an element of chance or game in that they make decisions based on the toss of a coin or a dice to see where they end up. To end up exhausted but content, together under the stars of a new sky.
